The General Terms and Conditions of Sale cover, without limitation, all Sales concluded via the Seller's website and to define the contractual relations between the Seller and the Customer with respect to each subscription.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail and replace any other agreements, commitments, declarations, promises, intentions, previous documentations or information between the Parties in connection with the order.
The subscription can be created via the customer's account by clicking on the button "PREMIUM" and thus requesting access.
The Parties can terminate the subscription at any time. The customer must pay the current month.
Each Offer displays the price per unit without VAT in euro. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The subscription provides access to price lists (prices VAT included) updated every two hours plus two summary files par week. The files contain information on car and motorcycle prices. Our system analyses the prices of the following websites : 123pneus.fr, allopneus.com, avatacar.com, bonspneus.fr, discount-pneus.com, fastgom.com, feuvert.fr, jante-alu.com, mister-auto.com, norauto.fr, oponeo.fr, piecesetpneus.com, pneu-guru.fr, pneus-online.fr, pneus-outlet.fr, profilplus.fr et tirendo.fr.
GROUPE CONSEIL ET GESTION SAS cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the delivered information. The seller cannot be held responsible for any error in its price list. The seller cannot be held responsible for any missing information concerning the websites or the tyre brands. The delivery service is not guaranteed. The seller agrees to systematically deliver information on minimum 5 websites, present in the list 5.1, failing this the seller must refund the customer for the affected period on a pro rata basis for the incident occured in the service. The seller shall be in no way held responsible for the financial consequences resulting in indirect or unforeseeable damage, and, without this list being restrictive, for any lost profits, commercial damage, loss of turnover or profit, loss of customers, loss of an opportunity, cost of obtaining a product, etc.
The payment is to be made by transfer on the due date indicated on the invoice.
All content and database remain to the exclusive property of the Seller.
